Phnom Penh City Hall permits the Khmer Kampuchea Krom associations and organizations to hold a 347-Buddhist monks commemoration for the dead at Koh Pich Bridge, the site of the Nov. 22 historic tragedy, and to wish for the injured to recover soon, this coming Sunday Nov. 28 at 8:00AM.
