According to the document attached here [see below], it says Mr. Pon Bunsong who uses the airname on Radio Free Asia radio as Mondul Keo was working for the Phnom Penh city information office and, remarkably, he [also] speaks Vietnamese. Does Radio Free Asia has a policy of hiring government official to work for it?
